Nessie

This is just what I picture "Nessie" the Loch Ness Monster to be.

And from the sound of it, so does James.

Ahhhh....freak out!

It's 8:20Am, Sunday morning.
I'm sitting here in our living room going through news and stuff.
In 40 minutes, I will be preparing and serving Mickey Mouse pancakes for Haley.
Kind of like the last supper.
In 3 1/2 hours, we are taking Haley to College and I am freaking out a bit.
Meanwhile, across town, Sarah is counting the moments until Katie is born. And I'm freaking out a bit more.
Meanwhile (part 2), across town in the other direction, Emily is wondering about her pregnancy. Why is she bleeding a bit? And I'm freaking out even more.
Meanwhile (part 3), James is about 8000 miles away in some place they call London. All seems to be good there. Yet it still kind of freaks me out.
Ahh....ain't life grand?

As I write this, James and Ashley are flying into London, England. They left this morning and I have been tracking their flight on Flyte.com. They were traveling at 37,000 feet and going 688 MPH (ground speed).
They will spend a few days in London and then head North to Scotland for about a week. Then to the South of France.
So James and Ashley are flying into London as I write this. They left this morning and I have tracked their flight along the way with Flyte.com.
Right now they are 14 minutes from London, England.
They were traveling at 37,000 feet going 688 mph (ground speed) on a 777-200.
It will be about 7AM when they arrive.
They'll spend a few days in London and then head North to Scotland for a while. In a week or so, they will head down to France for a week.

Monkey Bridge open for business

Camp Wilderness has a new neighbor.
This is not for the weak. This is not for the whimp at heart.
This is for the adventurous one.

The Mac-Monkey Bridge is ready to be explored.

All I need is a few monkeys to give it a try while dangling many feet above the ground in a treacherous location known only to the wild animals of the Goomee.

Say good bye to the world. Climb on and give it a shot.

Taking a dump

OK.
Recently we have had blogs asking for the top 5 movies. We had a blog asking for ways to say "barf". And all good stuff.
So I'm ready to go over the edge with this one.
Why? I don't know.

How many ways can you describe taking a dump? But it must be in a way that you could talk to your Kindergarten teacher. You know, no really bad language.
Go ahead, give it a try.

Dumping out.
Pinching a loaf.

Katie is coming.
Below is the beginning of the Katie baby pool.
It will cost you Five bucks to enter.
Put your date, time and weight.
The person closest takes the pot.
Her due date is October 4th.

Pass this on to non-bloggers as well. The more folks, the bigger the pot.
I will record all on a spreadsheet.

Jim - September 30, 4PM, 7Lbs, 4 oz.
